Description

This beautiful handmade creation boasts a stunning 1.1ct Australian Parti Sapphire, set into a thick solid gold domed band. The Sapphire is off set in a heavy bezel setting, it has a lovely even green tone. 

This ring is currently made in a size 7. Please send an email orders@tonimay.com.au to confirm your preferred ring size. 

The term gypsy ring refers to the setting of the stone: mounted flush with the metal which is a specific style of band design.

Shipping Information

Where We Deliver To

We delivery to all locations within Australia via Sendle or Australia Post and Internationally via Sendle. 

We offer free Standard Domestic Shipping ion all orders over $180 and Free Express Shipping on all orders over $800. 

Express shipping is available for domestic orders through Australia Post for in-stock items. All Express Orders are sent signature on delivery within 2 business days of your order being placed. Please note that shipping time is in addition to this. If your order can not be fulfilled by express post we will notify you as soon as possible. 

Our shipping costs include both shipping and handling for your order including packaging materials and postage costs.

Unfortunately during key sale periods express post is unavailable on all orders. We ask for your patience during this time for orders placed.

For orders that select 'Standard Post: Authority to Leave' we take no responsibility if your order is lost or stolen on delivery. Customers take full responsibility for the delivery of these orders and ToniMay are not able to offer replacement or compensation for any loss or delivery issues for parcels once they are deemed as delivered. If you are concerned with the delivery of your order or do not have a safe area for your parcel to be left (eg you live in an apartment) we would recommend selecting the signature on delivery postage option or express post. 

Please note that during sale periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day and EOFY) additional delays to the above timing may be experienced. 

International Orders & Custom Charges

We do try to ship to all international destinations however we are not able to ship to some locations due to limited or restricted flights.

International orders are sent via Sendle (a standard post option). Please allow upto 5 weeks to receive your items as delays maybe experienced due to customs clearances. 

ToniMay is not responsible for any customs or importation charges that maybe incurred with international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to cover all customs related charges for the import of goods including taxes and duties.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email confirming your order. An email confirming shipment and tracking details will also be sent when your order has been dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct when you receive your order confirmation. 

Once an order is shipped we are unable to make any changes to the order, delivery address or location. ToniMay takes no liability for orders that are sent to the incorrect address due to customer error or delays experienced due to courier delivery times or international customs clearance. 

Once an order is shipped it is the customers responsibility to track the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery of the parcel ToniMay will seek to rectify this with the courier company/Australia Post and place an investigation for you.

We do not take any responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once delivered. Please note that any claims for non-delivery must be made ASAP and no later than 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery, outside of 30 days from the delivery date a claim is unable to be processed. Please note that claims can not be made for any orders that are selected as 'Authority to Leave' and not received.

Creating Our One-of-a-Kind Pieces

We love creating one of a kind, unique and timeless pieces whether it be for an engagement, celebration or heirloom piece. Although all our bespoke pieces available to purchase through the website are custom made to order, we also offer a custom bespoke process where we are able to work individually with a customer bring to life their ideal piece. This involves working with our designer and team to create a unique design, custom source stones, and incorporating other individual details such as hand stamping.

Ethically and Locally Sourced

We work with a number of suppliers both locally and globally who specialise in sourcing unique and stunning semi precious and precious stones for our pieces. We strive to work with suppliers who source their stones ethically and sustainably and as a result we do avoid working with larger traditional white diamonds which are often the source of conflict.

The Solid Opals and Parti Sapphire's used in our finery pieces are all Ethically Sourced from local Australian Mines in South Australia and Queensland.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY PERIOD?

We offer a 3 month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase for all core range of sterling silver and gold plated jewellery (excluding Minh Singer ring dishes and jewellery cases).A 12 month manufacturing warranty is offered for all finery, custom made and solid gold jewels.If you have had an issue with your jewels please email our team at orders@tonimay.com.au for our warranty, repair and return details.
